Inspiration
A negroni is a classic cocktail – a strong, stirred cocktail. Serious cocktail enthusiasts are serious about negronis, and ours is seriously intriguing with uniquely refreshing notes of pineapple and lime.
How it’s made
We start by macerating botanicals such as gentian, rhubarb, rose petals and rosemary. When the botanicals have released their bittersweet compounds and colors, we blend custom distilled gin from our small copper kettle still and incorporate small batch barrel-rested Rockwell Vermouth. To embrace the tropics, we incorporate just enough clarified pineapple and lime juice, and finish it with liquid nitrogen for tiny bubble aeration.
