Our gin fizz was inspired by a trip to a rural village in Africa. Staying in a no-frills inn, we paired a locally-made passionfruit drink from the small village with a few travel-sized bottles filled with gin. The combination was exhilarating, bright and juicy with pops of botanical aromatics.
How it’s made
To start, we redistill gin with large amounts of juniper, along with coriander, lemon peel, orange peel, licorice and cinnamon, to create the perfect base to compliment tart lime, sweet passionfruit and elderflower. It’s all blasted with Co2 for a refreshing burst of bubbly flavor.
