Chill and pour over ice, or enjoy straight from the can. Or go bananas! Serve in a hurricane glass over ice, garnished with pineapple leaves, some fresh blackberries or a lime wheel. Top with greshly ground nutmeg to really go that extra mile.
Inspiration
We took serious island inspiration from the original Rum Runner, making a balanced, totally tropical rum cocktail that pack a punch.
How it’s made
We start with a blended Jamaican rum and add tons of tropical fruits – clarified lime juice, blackberry, banana, pineapple and pomegranate, along with island spices. Nitrogren infused for tiny bubble aeration that mimics being freshly shaken behind the bar.
